Snap Finance is operated by Snap Finance LLC. Snap Finance provides personal financing directly. When you apply, Snap Finance handles the review of your application.

These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the Snap Finance website, its content, and the forms and communication options presented here. By using the site, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into an agreement to use application-related services. Some services may have additional eligibility requirements.

Consent to automated text messages is optional and is not required to use a service. You are responsible for charges your communications provider may apply.

SMS program

If you separately opt in, Snap Finance may send automated messages about the request you submitted and your account, including receipt confirmations, application-status updates, account notices, and customer-service replies. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Text enrollment data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
